Andrew P. O'Shea

Supervising Attorney

Andrew O'Shea practices in the areas of criminal defense, habeas corpus law, probate law, and elder law. He is also responsible for supervising attorneys while they are in the firm training program. He is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court.

Andrew joined the firm in August, 2014. Before joining the firm, he worked as a clerk for Justice Richard N. Palmer of the Connecticut Supreme Court. During law school, he served as Senior Note Editor of the Western New England Law Review, he received the Norman Prance Award for Academic Excellence, and he received the Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. full tuition scholarship. Before law school, he worked as a system administrator for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and he worked for AmeriCorps St. Louis.

Andrew graduated from Western New England School of Law in 2013, where he received a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2005, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science, summa cum laude.

Andrew lives with his wife and daughter in West Hartford.
